Price List

Within 50 Miles of WA5 Postcode

These rates apply to you if your event is within a 50 mile radius of the WA5 postcode.

Per hour

£100.00

For birthdays, proms and weddings.

Per mile

£1.00

This covers every mile driven from the station to your pickup location.

Per day

£250.00

For filming and promotional work.

Standard National Rates

These rates apply to you if your event is more than 50 miles away from the WA5 postcode.

Per hour

£125.00

For birthdays, proms and weddings.

Per mile

£1.25

This covers every mile driven from the station to your pickup location.

Per day

£300.00

For filming and promotional work.

Optional Extras

Custom Voice Message

£20.00

Our car has the unique Whelen Core system, which allows pre-recorded audio messages to be played over the PA upon arrival.

Accidental Damage Waiver

£50.00

If any accidental damage is caused to the car by a member of your party, you will not pay for it.

Discounts

You qualify for a discount if you or a member of your household fit any of the below criteria. We will ask for proof.

British Police/Fire/Paramedic

-10%

Presently working only.

British Armed Forces

-10%

Present and ex-service personnel.

Fees

Your booking may be subject to any of the following fees, dependent on circumstances of the booking.

Late Cancellation Fee

£20.00

This will be deducted from the refund given to you if you cancel your booking within the 24 hour window of the agreed meeting time.

4th Passenger Fee

£25.00

The 4th passenger would have to ride in the front, taking the place of my partner as a result.

Early Start Fee

£25.00

This applies if we have to leave work early or book time off for your event. Events that start before 18:00 typically cause this fee to be charged on bookings.

Prices increased on 01/07/25 - 8% up from 27/12/24. Sometimes we need to increase our pricing to keep up with costs affected by national inflation.

Terms of Service

By using us, you agree to the following:

Payment is to be made any time before the 24 hour window of your event start time. Your booking will be cancelled otherwise.
Cancellation within the 24 hour window of your event start time will incur a fee.
Liability of any damages caused by a member of your party to any of our property falls on the person who made the booking.
Payments are to be made by bank transfer only.
